This model examines the financial impact of churn on a Service. The number of customers disconnecting and reconnecting to a service is controlled by the Churn Proportion. The Connection Tariff is applied to ‘new subscribers’ (change in total subscriber numbers), whereas the Churn Tariff is applied to the churning customers. The results show Total Connections and New Connections: the latter is affected by churn and the corresponding revenues.
