This model shows how the utilisation of resources affects allocated cost and examines different cost results. Operating Charge does not consider the utilisation ratio of resources. Used Operating Charge counts only for the cost portion of used capacities. Direct Operating Charge additionally accounts for the utilisation of intermediate resources. The results show resource capacities and the corresponding allocated cost to the service.
