Both the Churn Proportion and Decommissioning Proportion inputs are now qualified with an accompanying Churn Mode or Decommissioning Mode input, as described in the table below.

Remove proportion of current capacity without scaling (legacy option which will be set when an existing model is upgraded to STEM 7.5 for backwards compatibility). |
