In order to calculate the year-on-year results, models are usually run directly from the Editor: when the run is complete, the results are loaded automatically into the Results program. As the localoop model is pre-programmed with a number of scenarios, the process for generating the results is slightly longer than for a simple model where you would just select Run from the File menu or press <F5>.
-
Select Scenarios and Sensitivities from the main File menu in the Editor (or press <Shift+F5>). The Scenarios and Sensitivities dialog is displayed.

-
For now it is easiest to run everything, as the entire process is very quick for such a small model.
-
First select Include Working Model (below the list of scenarios).
-
Click All (in the box labelled Run) or press <Alt+F5>. The model is first saved to disk before the scenarios are generated and run.
-
The results are automatically loaded into the STEM Results program. A series of charts is displayed in a view (Business evaluation) from a pre-defined workspace

Again we recommend maximising the STEM Results window, by clicking on the maximise button –
or – in the top right corner of the window.
The results which are loaded are based on three scenarios for the Sites input of the location element Base station site plan:
-
Slow – network roll-out over 10 years
-
Moderate – roll-out over 5 years
-
Fast – roll-out over 2 years.
