We have seen how STEM aggregates revenues over defined services, and aggregates capex and opex over defined resources, in order to produce detailed financial results at the network level. Now we are going to explore STEM’s built-in cost-allocation mechanism, which associates responsibility for the costs arising with the services which generate demand and cause installation of the relevant resources.
