This model demonstrates how STEM derives aggregate quantities from instantaneous numbers using a Delta transformation. A Delta transformation is used to derive the difference between the value of an input now and its previous value; its Output is aggregate. The results show the instantaneous Input (number of Connections) and the output of a Delta transformation, representing an aggregate quantity derived from the net change in connections per period.
