This model shows how STEM combines the Maximum Utilisation and Deployment features. The amount of slack capacity installed to meet Maximum Utilisation constraints can take into account the number of sites at which the equipment is installed. The results compare the Capacities for a resource with Deploy With Utilisation set to No (pre-STEM 7.4 default behaviour) and Yes (current default).
