This model examines how Service Demand can be influenced by relating actual tariffs charged to Reference Tariffs. The actual demand is calculated by scaling the reference demand, according to proportional changes in the actual tariffs charged compared to the respective reference tariffs. The results show the Tariff/Demand curves for services, where an actual tariff matching the Reference Tariff would lead to 1000 connections.
