This model shows how the administrative overheads associated with setting up or running a service can be modelled in STEM. Administration and Provision Costs are over and above the costs of equipment or other resources required by the corresponding service. The results show the number of Connections and New Connections for a service, and the resulting Administration and Provision Costs.
