If the model results are not up to date, then the text ‘Failed to load results’ will be returned. If this is the case:

Click the
button on the add-in toolbar to run the working model. If the cell Update Results =
TRUE, the results formulae should update automatically.
- Otherwise, click the
button to update the results. The text should now be replaced by the desired results.
