This model shows how equipment can be installed in advance using the Planned Units input. Planned Units represents a minimum constraint on the total installation of a resource during the model run. The service is launched only after two quarters of the model run, so using the Planned Units feature allows installation of equipment two quarters before it is actually needed. The results show the Service Demand and Installed Units, Network Revenue and Expenditure, and the effect of different timings on the Network Cash Balance.
