Operations Cost
The cost of operating a fully utilised unit of a Resource per period (as defined by the Cost Period input. Operations Cost is charged pro-rata on the basis of Used Capacity, so that the overall Operations Cost for a Resource is the unit operations cost, multiplied by the Used Capacity divided by the Capacity.
