This dialog has a button for each Service and Transformation in the model. Clicking on one of these buttons takes you to the individual Mapping dialog for the corresponding Service or Transformation.
Alternatively, you can click the 
Expand button on the Mappings dialog menu in order to expand each button in place, thus providing an interface to compare the complete Mapping assumptions by Resource.
A tabular equivalent of this dialog can be accessed from the icon menu for a selection or Collection of Functions.
