For any given element, you can audit several results at once by making a multiple selection in the Select Audit Results dialog, and you can make independent selections for each element in the model.
Extending a selection of audit results
If you want to choose extra or different results to audit:

Double-click the Results list in the element Audit dialog. The Select Audit Results dialog is displayed, showing the current selection.

Select the new result(s) and click OK. The Results list in the Audit dialog is updated. Whereas the Select Audit Results dialog shows all the available results and features, for clarity only those selected are shown in the Audit dialog.
Reducing a selection of audit results
If you just want to remove a particular result:
- Select the corresponding entry in the Results list in the element Audit dialog.

Select Remove Element from List from the dialog Edit menu or press <Del>. The result is removed from the selection directly without resort to the Select Audit Results dialog.
Copying a selection of audit results
If you want to audit the same results for a number of elements of the same type:

Make a multiple selection of the corresponding icons by clicking on each one with the <Shift> key pressed.

Right-click on one of the icons and select Audit from the icon menu. A tabular Audit dialog is displayed for each of the elements side by side.
- Select the desired results for the first element as above.
- Select Copy from the tabular dialog Edit Menu.

Click and drag in the tabular dialog with the right mouse button in order to select the Results list for the other elements.

Select Paste Values from the tabular dialog Edit Menu. The results selection is replicated in the other elements.
Note: You can also hold down the <Ctrl> key and then ‘drag and drop’ the results selection from one list to another.
