It is possible to select several consecutive fields at one time within a data dialog, in order to act on the selected fields as a group. To make a multiple selection:
- hold down the <Shift> key while using cursor keys, or
- left-click and drag out a selection, or
- hold down the <Shift> key and left-click to extend the selection.
